AvePoint's team of highly-trained engineers are ready to assist customers as they deploy SharePoint and AvePoint's products. AvePoint Implementation Services offers a flexible menu of expert consultation programs to meet the exact requirements and budget of any organization.

Installation and Configuration

This includes deployment of AvePoint products in the customer's SharePoint environment. An AvePoint Engineer will install AvePoint products based on licensing and customer's requirements. In addition, the Engineer will setup the AvePoint products with necessary configuration to maximize the customer's experience. A successful and speedy integration of AvePoint solutions will ensure fastest time to value.

DocAve Products

For DocAve Platform, this deployment will consist of the installation of DocAve Manager and DocAve Agent(s). DocAve will be configured according to customer's licensing. Additionally, AvePoint Engineer will create a single quick-start plan and configuration for each licensed product/module(s). This will allow customer to start using DocAve and have a point of reference for future configurations.

DocAve Products

For DocAve Platform, this deployment will consist of the installation of DocAve Manager and DocAve Agent(s). DocAve will be configured according to customer's licensing. Additionally, AvePoint Engineer will create a single quick-start plan and configuration for each licensed product/module(s). This will allow customer to start using DocAve and have a point of reference for future configurations.

Test Case Exercises

Additionally, AvePoint Engineers will conduct an assessment test for each requested AvePoint product/module(s). This will consist of the AvePoint Engineer running predefined use cases on the customer's environment for validation.

  • This service package can be customized based on requirements and use cases provided by the customer. Please ask your sales associate about a scope discovery call.

System Optimization and Upgrade

This service is geared towards existing customers looking to leverage AvePoint Engineering Team to assist with an upgrade of AvePoint products. In addition, the Engineer will also perform system checks to ensure proper and efficient running of AvePoint products.

  • This can include reviews and changes to previous configurations to meet any new business requirements or alignment
  • Diagnostic tests and system checks to ensure optimized configuration and efficiency with regard to AvePoint products or DocAve infrastructure management processes
  • Documentation of system optimization and upgrade process and discovery

AvePoint Implementation Services Requirements and Rates

  • All engagements must be scheduled a minimum of ten (10) business days in advance of appointment
  • All services are offered at a minimum of one service day. Complex or custom engagements will require a preliminary consultation phone call between the client and AvePoint engineer.
  • Decisions concerning whether implementation services will be rendered remotely or on-site will be made by AvePoint, after consultation with client and subject to availability of AvePoint staff
  • All AvePoint Maintenance Programs are subject to terms & conditions as set forth in applicable services agreement
